Policies 

• We accept daily reservations May 1st through Mid June. After that period 7 night minimums are required through mid August, but we are flexible based on availability and last minute openings.

• Check-in is 4:00pm | Check-out is 9:00am. **Please adhere to these times**

• All Rates subject to 7.375% Minnesota Sales Tax plus 1% local lodging tax.​

• Visitors must register at office upon arrival and will be assessed $20/person for visits over 3 hours.

• Sorry, but no pets are allowed at the resort.  Please inform any visitors of this policy. 

• All cabins and interior spaces at Heath's Resort are smoke-free. 

• 4 fire pit areas with free fire wood are provided. Bonfires are only allowed in these four areas.

• Sorry, no camping

• Fire pit locations: 2 at the beach, 1 at Cabin #9 and 1 shared at cabins #14 & #15.

• All boats 16' or longer must rent a boat lift or be taken out each night.

• Boats too big for our lifts will be charged a slip fee of $40/day or $260/week.

Deposits Required

Deposits are 50% of your total booking price. Deposit is due at time of booking and the remainder is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Guests with confirmed reservations are responsible for the cost of the entire length of their reservation.  Receipt of your deposit commits you to this policy.  Deposit is non-refundable unless you have your own replacement at the time of cancellation.
